91/365 Olympic Training Center

We took a mini vacation to Colorado Springs and our first stop was the Olympic Training Center. It was impressive but it got me thinking about the learning centers "schools" in the US and around the world. How can we make our training centers the best learning environment? Why do some of our schools look more like a jail than an office or training center? I do know that what you have around you can inspire you or deflate you. There were many inspirational things throughout the Olympic Training Center. Now I challenge my teacher friends, and myself, to add some inspiration to their training center.
